We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only. We do not accept other international orders at this time.
Please note that CBD and hemp products cannot be shipped to Canada.
To continue providing reliable shipping service, our rates have been updated due to increased USPS costs, including higher gasoline and production service expenses.
Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days via USPS First Class Mail
Estimated delivery: 3 to 4 business days via USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed unless USPS specifically guarantees the service selected.
Priority Express is our fastest shipping option. Once your order has been processed and shipped, USPS Priority Mail Express is expected to deliver within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Most, if not all, packages shipped outside of Texas arrive within 2 business days. If USPS does not deliver your Priority Express package within that timeframe, please contact us at orders@wellpetdispensary.com.
If eligible, you will be refunded the Priority Express shipping amount minus the Priority Mail charge of $9.50.
Please note that Sundays and holidays are not included in the delivery window, and processing times still apply.
Priority Mail may sometimes arrive as quickly as Priority Express, but USPS does not guarantee delivery within 3 days.
Because USPS does not guarantee this service, we are unable to refund Priority Mail charges if delivery takes longer than the estimated 3 to 4 business day window.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
USPS may scan shipments 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. USPS only guarantees expedited shipping after the package has been scanned.
To help orders move out quickly, they are released immediately for processing. Once submitted, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
We accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges.
If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item with free shipping.
Please include the following with your return:
- A copy of your invoice so we can refund the correct customer
- The unused, unopened product, wrapped securely
For certain product types:
- Liquids: Wrap the bottle in plastic or biodegradable plastic to help prevent leakage
- Glass: Use bubble wrap to help prevent breakage
Please surround the product with additional packing material, and make sure the return address matches the name on the invoice.
