Pogostomon and Perilla formula, also known by its pinyin name, Huo Xiang Zheng Qi San, is a classical Chinese herbal formula designed to address occasional diarrhea caused by "Summer Heat". The herbs in this formula help the bowel to function normally and help to regulate the stool consistency. It can help with cramping and naturally address the causes of the diarrhea, and help to relieve some of the uncomfortable symptoms of bloating and straining and cramping.
